Order Confirmation

After you place your order, you must make a payment confirmation here (Click Here) so we could process your order.

You will be receiving an Order Confirmation email shortly after your order is placed as well as an Order Shipped email once your shopping is shipped out of our warehouse to our delivery partners. Easy and simple!

 

 Order Status

Are you a little bit confused? Here’s a guide to help you understand it better.

Pending Payment: We are in the midst of verifying/updating your order status and this might take us some time.

    • If payment is successful, your order status will be updated to 'Processing'.
    • If payment was unsuccessful, your order will be cancelled.

On Process: We pack your order within 1-2 business days from when your order was confirmed.

On Delivery: Your order is now with the delivery courier and on its way to you!

    • For Standard Courier, your order will reach you within 3 days.
    • For Express Courier, your order will reach you within the next business day.

Delivered: This means you have received your Seradia’s package.

 

Change or Cancel Order

Amendments or cancellations can't be made once your order's been confirmed.

Do you deliver on weekends?

We sure do deliver on Saturday between 10.00 am - 13.00 pm. We are off on Sunday and will be back on business on Monday.

 

What Should I Do If I received a defective product?
